  •   1 to 2 cups water or soy milk
  •   1/5 tablespoon ard
  •   1 tablespoon oatmeal powder
  •   1 tablespoon cornflour or wheat flour or potato flour
  •   1/2 tablespoon sour lemon juice
  •   1 tablespoon liquid vegetable oil, preferably olive or canola
  •    Low salt and pepper
  •   1 tablespoon mustard powder jam (optional)
  •   1/5 tablespoon garlic and onion powder jam (optional)
  •   1 tablespoon onion powder or grated onion


To make this vegan pizza pour the above ingredients except for oil into a blender and mix well until smooth. If it is too thick, add a little water. Then pour it in a small frying pan and leave it for a short time with gentle heat until it thickens a little and stirs regularly.

Finally, add the oil. At the end of cooking the pizza, pour this sauce on the pizza and spread it gently with the back of a spoon or preferably by hand and leave it in the oven for a few minutes to set.
