Korean meat recipe

Korean meat dish is one of those western dishes that has a lot of fans.

Soft meat 700 grams
2 medium onions
Garlic 3 cloves
1 small pear
1 onion
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
Half a cup of soy sauce
Sesame oil 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp

Preparation method:

To prepare a Korean meat dish, first eat the meat and set it aside.

Eat one of the onions and mix it with the garlic, chopped pear, chopped onion, brown sugar, black pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil in a blender.

Mix the above ingredients well to mix thoroughly.

Add the minced meat ingredients.

Chop 1 onion and mix it with the above ingredients with the meat.

Cover the meat dish and place in the refrigerator.

It is better for the meat to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then, in the last step, fry the flavored meat in a preheated frying pan.

Pour the prepared meat into a suitable dish and add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and 1 chopped onion.
